1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of allstrokesgolfclub.com (the "Site") and your participation in programs offered by Allstrokes Golf LLC, doing business as AllStrokes Golf Club ("AllStrokes," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
2. About AllStrokes
AllStrokes Golf Club is a private indoor golf facility operated by Allstrokes Golf LLC, located at 3210 E Chinden Blvd Ste 118, Eagle, ID 83616, offering simulator bays, instruction, leagues, and events to members and their guests.

3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our member portal; submit false information, or another person's information without their permission; use automated means to scrape, harvest, or submit data to the Site; or interfere with the Site's operation or security. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.
4. Membership
Membership terms — including rates, commitment periods, billing, guest privileges, cancellation, and facility rules — are governed by the separate membership agreement you sign when you join. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of membership, and published rates are subject to change. In the event of a conflict between the Site and your signed membership agreement, the membership agreement controls.
5. Text Messaging Program
Program description. AllStrokes operates a mobile messaging program that delivers promotional discount codes, membership information, league and event announcements, booking confirmations, and account notices to subscribers who have opted in.
How to join. You opt in by affirmatively checking the consent box on a form on our Site and submitting your mobile number, by providing your number and consenting in writing at our facility, or by texting us first. The consent box is never pre-checked.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any product, service, or membership from AllStrokes.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. AllStrokes does not charge for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages. You may also contact us at 480-848-4948 or through the contact form on this Site to be removed.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Changes to your number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us so we do not message someone else at that number.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotional codes are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise: codes are valid for new members only; one code per person; codes may not be combined with other offers; codes have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash; codes apply only to the membership plans identified in the offer; and we may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, and may decline to honor a code obtained through error, fraud, or misrepresentation. An expiration date stated with an offer is binding.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photographs, layout, and the AllStrokes name and marks — are owned by AllStrokes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Trademarks of third parties referenced on the Site, including Trackman and WellPutt, belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site, including rates, hours, course availability, and program details, may change without notice and may contain errors.
Physical activity. Golf involves physical activity and risk of injury. Use of the facility is governed by the waiver and release in your membership agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllStrokes and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our messaging program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllStrokes from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
